Patreon is live
I have finally set myself up with a presence on Patreon, the crowdfunding platform that allows all manner of creative types to connect with people that want to support them. Essentially it's a subscription service that lets people pledge a small donation each month in return for all kinds of neat rewards. If you'd like to know more about how it works and what I'll be offering in terms of art, then follow this link to Nick Prolix's Patreon Page where I explain things in a bit more detail (and with a few more pictures!). Also, if you have a friend who you think might be interested in a webcomic about a dodgy North London wideboy in a wide-awake suit then do please spread the word. Thank you!
"The Sheep and the Wolves" is a thoroughly entertaining noir comic, here's our review! https://t.co/Lw6bjEdfrG— AP2HYC (@AP2HYC) August 25, 2016
A Brief Hiatus
I've decided to take a break from updating the comic page now until the start of September in order to give me time to stockpile a number of week's pages so that when I come back in the Autumn I'll be working with a bit of a buffer. This should hopefully mean I won't skip weeks as often as well as giving me the opportunity to work on a couple of other projects over the summer, including getting the print issue of the comic ready for Nottingham Comic Con as well as hopefully getting everything ready for launching my Patreon page. I'll keep updating my Twitter and Instagram with process shots, sketches, thumbnails and drafts as always so keep checking there for your Nick Prolix art fix!
